EFTBA - European Federation of Thoroughbred Breeders Associations

The EFTBA (European Federation Thoroughbred Breeders' Associations) was founded in 1994. The SIAYSD is one of the founding members of said Federation.

The Head Office of European Federation of Thoroughbred Breeders' Associations is located in France. The Associations of Thoroughbred Breeders of European countries are members of that Federation.

The countries whose Associations of Breeders and Owners of Thoroughbred British Horses are members of said Federation are Austria, Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, England, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Turkey and Greece.

 Since May/ 2002, Turkey has been represented by Vice Chairmanship at EFTBA Board. SİAYSD has been represented by Ömer Halim Aydın.
